The OCPA7 Conference was co-organized by OCPA, National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) and National Sun Yat-Sen University (NSYSU) in Taiwan. It was held in August 1-5, 2011 on the campus of NSYSU, at Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
